We picked the name before we picked the problem. Then we spent a month on storms. The three of us cover the commercial, the physics and the evidence, and none of us is doing the other two's job.

Eighteen years scaling businesses in drinks, media and tech. Owns what CoastLens promises a council, the GIS a council uses, and what ships.

Owns the physics: Stockdon runup, Sallenger regimes, the datum discipline and the tests at every boundary. The model never touches his result.

Owns the evidence: what was found, where, under what licence, and what came back NOT FOUND. The register a public-sector buyer can audit.
Ownership is explicit. Each of us owns decisions in our own lane and the others do not quietly settle them. An AI assistant working in the engine helps Eddie reach a tested result; it does not make a scientific choice for him.
The claim boundary is shared. We answer which impact regime is plausible at each stretch and when. We do not measure cliff loss, predict damage or recommend engineering works. If a sentence drifts past that, the sentence stops.
